A supervisor is suppose to listen to and be willing to provide an employee information upon request and not just blow the employee off and tell them it's in the hand book, becuase most government places will not accept a copied page from a book, they want something in writting by the employer. The supervisor Ken has done this and now there are those that have to do without, because he could'nt do his job and help an employee out by providing the information needed.
The supervisor refused to provide an employee information that was asked upon request. The supervisor Ken had told th eemployee that the information was in the handbook, but most government places will not accept copied pages from a handbook, when it it is specifically asking that the the employer is to write a statement verifying whether or not the employee had access to health insurance through Tire Barn. So now since he refused to write the statement the family of the employee has to do without insurance now, all because he didn't want to take the 5 minutes for the employee. He was more worried about getting out early and not dealing with his responsibilities as a supervisor.
